Company Markets Extra Small Condoms For Tweeners

This is a guest post from Just A Guy ThingThose folks in Switzerland are so darn open minded. Lamrecht AG, a Swiss company, has started making extra small condoms for 12 to 14 year old boys.
The condom – called “Hotshot” (not shown above, btw) – was produced after the Swiss government figured out that tweener boys often don’t wear condoms during sex. Heck, when I was 12 I was only dreaming of the days when I could have sex.
The hotshot is smaller than the average condom – though exactly how small is not clear – and costs about $7 for a six pack. If the company ends up expanding beyond the Swiss borders the U.K. would be the top priority since it has the highest rate of underage conception in Europe.
What do you think – are condoms made specifically for tweeners a good idea?

I think they are a good idea. Sure it's a damn shame how our kids are having sex sooner and sooner, but not providing condoms isn't going to change that. They're going to be getting it on anyway, so why not give them the option of being safe and atleast somewhat responsible?
why do the designs have to be like that?
You're late.
Crazy kids these days. I wouldn't expect them to be bought in high demand. I wouldn't have gone into a shop to buy condoms at that age, granted, at that age I was still working on saying hello to girls.
theres gotta be a joke about the US having a lot of little pricks
As bad as it is to think about, it is a good idea. Quite a few guys I know were active before they were even in their teens.
...Is that seriously how they look?
better for them to be safe than sorry
shouldn't they be trying NOT to promote teenage sex and pregnancys....
These 'tweeners' would be offended by the 'size difference' and just buy giant oversized condoms anyway. They want to be 'men'. Not use tweener condoms. This won't help anything.
LMAO. Wooow. Better safe than sorry I guess.
@aile_striker@xanga - Because teaching absolute abstinence is a better idea, right?
LOL. The designs look fun. x_x Looks like it would hurt though.
@Meowmeowkimmaee@xanga - 13-14?
I believe that's good enough reason.
I can hear them now.
"Lol, dude. And I so totally slammed her with that monster head one. It was epic."
@bAbiiExxPiNay@xanga - noo i dont believe in abstinence but to be honest do kids who have BARELY hit puberty know what their doing...
smh
Slowpoke.
disturbing
to everyone that commented saying the 'designs are weird' or whatever... she stated in the post the picture is not them.
lol. freaky kids. but better safe than sorry i guess.
I think there needs to be contraception and birth control across the board. The only want we can stop teen pregnancy is by Norplanting every teenage girl so they don't have the option not to take a pill or to not use a condom.
I think any 12-14 year olf girl having sex with a 12-14 year old boy would think any penis was huge, so whether the condom is smaller than one for a more mature male doesn't matter.
Unless she has had sex with a 16-18 year old male... then there are other problems.
But you know what is even bigger than a 12-14 year old boy's penis? A 6-7 pound baby coming out of there 9 months later!
Wrap it up!
Tweeners and their wieners. Sheesh. I'm sure they'll export them to the U.S., but wouldn't be allowed to market them. We get a collective heart attack when we see Janet Jackson's boob on TV, never mind a superbowl ad for your 6th grader putting his pecker in plastic.
News Flash. Preteens have sex. Been going on for centuries. They may not be making babies until they hit puberty, but if he can get it up, it can happen...
lol
even though im completely against sex at such a young age, they should still wear protection. not only because they could make some other tween pregnant (for those rare ones who reach puberty really early..) they could also pass on diseases and its a good routine for later on when a condom is necessary.
so yeah, its a good idea, just so its available.
maybe if i got some of these baby motherfuckin condoms they'd actually fit m' dick!
