So we all knew that there was going to be a sequel--and if you didn’t know well now you do! And knowing is half the battle right? (For all you youngsters out there that was a GI Joe reference) I won’t really bore you too much with the plot. All you need to know is Stu, Phil, Alan, and Doug all travel to Bangkok for Stu’s wedding. From the trailer it seems to be another awesome adventure and there are supposed to be even more random celebrity cameo appearances.
I can’t wait until the movie comes out Memorial Day weekend. I’ll definitely be standing on the line to see the midnight show. Check out the trailer, and check out my list of the funniest lines from the first Hangover.
Left you wanting more huh? Well here are some of the quotes from the first one that will keep you laughing until the next installment. Try to guess what character said what. I will have the answers at the bottom of the post.
1.Oh my God, I can't believe I gave away my grandmother's Holocaust ring to a complete stranger. Yeah I didn't know they gave out rings during the Holocaust.
2. I'm not supposed to be within two hundred feet of a school - or a Chuckie Cheese.
3.You do know counting cards is illegal right? It's not illegal, its just frowned upon like masturbating in an airplane. I'm pretty sure that's illegal too.
4. Toodaloo motherfucka!
5. Who's baby is that? We'll deal with the baby later. We're not gonna leave a baby in the room- There's a tiger in the bathroom!
What did you think of the trailer? What are you favorite parts, quotes, etc. from The Hangover.
Answers:1. Stu, Alan 2. Alan 3.Stu, Alan,Phil 4.Mr. Chow. 5.Alan,Phil,Stu
IMO, the first film wasn't as funny as it was hyped up to be. It was overrated...but that little monkey looks like a straight pimp!
@bluepillorredpill@xanga - this is what i told my mom last night. she insisted that it was downright hilarious and i was just like "eh.....it was ok." but i feel the same about get him to the greek and i know a ton of people loved it.
so no, i won't be standing in line for this movie. if i watch it, it'll be when it comes out on netflix.
@beebizzle@xanga - Heck, that's when I saw it, on DVD, lol! Films like National Lampoon, The Naked Gun, Dumb and Dumber, Superbad and Friday are my type of comedies.
why do I feel like they are mistaken peoples in a espianoge conspiracy case?!
My favorite part, by far, has to be the part where the naked Asian jumps out of the trunk screaming 'YOU WANT TO FUCK ON ME!?!?!?!?" That part gets me every single time.
Where is Doug? Lol
I'M SO PUMPED ON THIS. I was in love with the first movie, and cannot wait for the second!
Whose baby is that?*
I keep forgetting about the goddamn tiger.
Hope they don't ruin the movie, like they do with almost every single sequel known to man. Only exceptions includes movies like the Godfather, Toy Story, and The Dark Knight.
Yeah I thought the first part was hilarious, and that the character development really added to the whole experience. It wasn't "buddybromance" like in Pineapple express or anything either, which adds to its credibility.
But it seemed like an excellent stand alone film, that did not need a sequel. I am also cautious about an American film set in Thailand. I hope that they don't stereotype constantly like they did in the first one (gambling, random marriages, wrecking hotels) because I doubt that US film makers will be able to reproduce the local vibe that well.
All in all I am very very sceptical about this film. I might watch it, but only if a bunch of mates are going and invite. Not one I would go out of my way to see.
