The Worst Drinking Trends
People do stupid things when they drink. That's a given. Maybe that's how some of the worst drinking trends found their start. Keg stands and beer bongs better watch their back. They are about to become the binge drinking techniques of yesteryear.
Vodka Eyeballing
The granddaddy of dumb drinking trend, vodka eyeballing probably escalated from the doldrums of lighting shots on fire and vodka snorting. Vodka eyeballing is exactly what it sounds like, it's when you take a bottle of vodka and pour it in your eye. The ill-conceived logic behind this painful act is that the effects of alcohol are felt faster by passing it through the mucus membrane of the eyeball and then directly into the bloodstream. Sadly, you don't really get drunk and are only left with a painful reminder and maybe a couple of new YouTube followers.

Butt-Chugging
Butt-chugging takes stupid attempts at getting drunk faster to a new level. It involves inserting a beer bong in your...you guessed it, rectum. It is literally a beer enema. Again, it is the same failed logic behind vodka eyeballing that taking alcohol through any orifice that is not the mouth will get you drunk faster.
Vodka-Soaked Tampons
And then there is vodka-soaked tampons. It is exactly what it sounds like (coming up with clever names is not exactly the drinking trend inventor's forté). But this trend isn't just for girls, guys can insert the tampon rectally as they do with the beer bong. Although I haven't tried it, I'm sure it hurts even more than vodka-eyeballing.
Do you know anyone who does this? Have you? Do you know of any other drinking trends dumber than these? Is it just a way to get attention or do people actually believe these are good ways to get wasted?Is drinking from a glass simply too passé for the 21st Century?

That's disgusting. Where are the people who do these things?
I'm a classic man, enjoying the beer bong and keg stand now and then, but I'm often satisfied with just the bottle in my hand. Those darn kids, these days!

When it comes to silly ways of getting totally hamboned real quick, I prefer a yorsh. In case you don't know what it is, it's any beer of your choosing with a shot of unflavored vodka in it. The vodka is almost tasteless in the beer, but it immediately doubles the alcohol content basically. In tradition, right after you pour in the shot, you're supposed to slam the beer. It has made for some ruckus-filled nights.
Someone putting a hose up their rear, a feminine product up who knows where, or sticking vodka directly into their eyeball just in order to get drunk faster has got serious problems.
I prefer the traditional method of pouring the drink into a glass. Or drinking directly from the bottle. And that goes for all drinks, whether alcohol, milk, soda, water or juice.
actually my friend said that taking it in the ass does get you drunk pretty fast.

Wow as much as I love alcohol I gotta say even these tactics make me never want to try them. (that and when I saw Dr. Stevo do a butt chug it made me wanna hurl.
the two worst trends are excess and DWI. Working in surgery for 30 years--lotsa vivid red rooms following a trauma case--and most from DUI

I have a friend that does the tampon thing and it gets him shitfaced in a minute. Super quick. I don't think I could ever do that myself but whatever. It works and it makes sense why it works.
This is what happens when you drink shit alcohol. That's why I'll have beer, please. Especially a nice microbrew.

woow, i would never go that far. just chug itt. haha. although, i did see on MANswers that the "enema" method got you drunk fastt. but i think they also said it would kill you the fastest and is not recommended at all. i can't believe people actually do that shit.
All this is is weeding out the population. "Survival of the fittest" sans evolution, if you will. If you're moronic enough to do this, you don't need to be part of civilization. Just like, if you cant put on your darn seat belt and you fall victim to a fatal car crash.....weeding out the population.

Vodka soaked tampon is downright disgusting. It blows my mind that people actually do that.
