  • Your New Couch-Commander

It's been a few weeks now since our former Head Editor, Neil, said his final goodbye to Mancouch. But of course, when he left, he promised you he'd be leaving the daily onslaught of content in the hands of a capable successor.

Well folks, if you hadn't already figured it out for yourselves, I'm Alex, the new Head Editor for Mancouch, and with your help, I intend to usher in a new era of galactic order! Or, well, can we settle for interesting, fun content?

For those of you who don't remember me, a quick refresher course. I started as an intern back in October 2009, promising to bring you talk of music, games, a man's perspective, beers and bitches. You may remember me from such posts as 'The Evil Inside Olive Garden Ads', or 'What's Your Stance On Cunnilingus?'.

As you can see, I like to have fun. Or maybe I'm an insane strangler.

I can only hope that so far during my time here at Mancouch, I've managed to brighten each of your days by bludgeoning you with words. And if I've pissed you off, well, those are the breaks - but I love you anyway!

That's all beside the point, though. I'm here to tell you that as the new Head Editor, I'm going to do my best to bring you quality content. If there's something you'd like to see up on the site, shoot me a message or leave a comment.

If there is anything I can provide to rev up the testosterone around here, inside the confines of U.S. law, of course (but if you want to meet me in Mexico, we can talk juice), I will do it.

We've also got a fantastic team of interns writing for the site this summer, which means a constant influx of skillful, brawny writing. With their help, and your support, Mancouch can only get better!

I'm excited to continue writing for all of you, and even more excited to be your new Couch-Commander! (That's Captain of the Love Seat to you, ladies.)

I'll see you in between the cushions!
