Ok, so I've been beating this submissions drum for a while now and a common response is "pay me."
In what world do you think that is actually going to work? Do you know how hard it is to get paid for anything nowadays? Let alone getting paid for the"privilege" of featuring your thoughts on our main page where they'll be read by thousands of people? How about the fact that everyone seems to have a complaint about every post we put up either being "stupid" or "not manly enough."
If you have a problem with what you see put up on this site, well guess what? You have the power to change it! By submitting your posts to us!

You know, lovelyish doesn't come off sounding nearly as desperate...
You could try to feature men's fashion and trends, the do's and the don'ts. This works for the Lovelyish. Lovelyish features some hot hunks in their articles and the ladies come running. Since most commentors are ladies, they would like to see some hunks in a man's site. If you just feature ladies, ladies and more ladies, you won't get much attention from the ladies bloggers.

yeah you do need some new submissions! I don't think many of us care to see another topic such as "Would you ingest your own spunk?"
