March Madness has begun! Yes, it's that time of the year where people who couldn't give a crap about college basketball wager small sums of money in their office pools and spend an inordinate amount of work hours checking scores and comparing their bracket (it's almost, but not quite, as destructive to productivity as that dastardly adorable
puppycam was).
Personally, I love basketball. Not so into the college level, but every year I find myself filling out brackets once again only to lose to people who don't even know who John Wall is. It's still fun, though! And exciting. Even the president has filled out a bracket.
This year in particular is interesting because my bracket might get me disowned. See I picked Ohio State to win the national championship. My younger brother currently attends Michigan University, which by proxy means the entire family has been infected by the Michigan virus (even I own at least 3 Michigan related t-shirts). It also means that unless I do everything in my power to hate, despise, and defeat Ohio State I'm basically committing treason (although, by picking them I kind of am helping them lose).
But how could I not pick them? My heart said "no", but my brain said "yes yes YES, dammit! How many times do I have to say it before you fucking pick them already?" And then I respond, "Hey, I understand how you feel, buddy, but it just feels kind of dirty." And then my brain says, "This coming from the guy who's having a full conversation with his brain. Stop stalling, crazypants, just pick them already."
I just couldn't bring myself to pick against the team that is led by the most dynamic duo in all of college basketball. I'm, of course, referring to Evan "The Villain" Turner and Mark "
Club Trillion" Titus. Together they form a formidable obstacle that I don't think any team will be able to overcome.

Dude, Ohio State doesn't have a freaking chance this year.
No offense. They're good, but there are so many (actually good) teams that their lucky bullshit won't beat. I hate Kansas, but there are only a couple of teams in their region that could honestly beat them, and Ohio State is definitely not one of them.
