A Tribute To Chef
South Park is among the funniest and most important shows to come out in this modern era of television. For more than a decade, the charm of this little fictional mountain town has given us hours of laughs, and incredibly memorable characters.
One of those characters is Chef, the soul-singing, love-making head of South Park Elementary's cafeteria. He unfortunately was written out of the show after voice-actor Isaac Hayes felt that the show's creators had gone a little too far in bashing Scientology (but who can blame them, really?). Tragically, Isaac Hayes passed away in 2008. However, rather than mourn his departure from the show and Hayes' departure from the Earth, any time we think of Chef, we should celebrate the impact he made on cartoon comedy.
Whether he was helping the children understand how to make love down by the fire, explaining the menstual cycle, or trying to bed the town's most attractive women, Chef had a song for every occasion. What Isaac Hayes managed to do with Chef is something that will just never be duplicated. Above and below are a couple of my favorites (the songs begin a little over half-way through the videos).
I could sit here all day and wax intellectual about his salty balls, but I wouldn't want to bog down the sheer enjoyment that can be had from his timeless music. So, enjoy.
What are some of your favorite Chef moments/songs?

I will put them in my mouth and suck them in his memory.
I learned to love his chocolate, salty balls. I LOVED HIS BALLS!

aww chef! :(
Long live Isaac Hayes! He made some dope tracks such as Disco Connection.
haaaa. those were the days...
Definitely Chocolate Salty Balls. Probably followed by What the Hell Child Is This.
@_@
I HATED the Scientology episode. Not because I'm a fan of Scientology, I just thought it was an AWFUL episode. Very unsatisfying, and the way they killed Chef was just lame. Like the writers went, "Oh shoot, we have to kill off this character... what's the quickest, messiest way we can do it?" and they just went with the first thing that popped into their distorted minds.
I don't know. And i never realized chef's voice actor died. but i love the scenes where the kids would ask him stuff like.. "what's a clitoris?" and he'd be like.. "Children!" behind the lunch counter
I used to love his salty balls! Sing the song all the time.
