The Manuary Challenge
Every year my friend tries to rope me into the Manuary Challenge. That is to say go the whole month of January without cutting my hair or shaving. Which, is kinda just regular old January for me. But Manuary is doing it with purpose. Doing it for a cause. Growing my hair and facial hair to further the goals of all mankind.
But I got to thinking that a few of us doing it is nothing special. So, I decided that the best way to really make it an actual achievement is to issue the challenge to all of you Mancoucheteers out there in internet land. If we all do this together. Well, that would be something.
So let's set out some rules.
Since it is now January 5th already we will officially be starting the Manuary challenge today. Meaning it will officially end February 5th.
Second, what would be perfect would be to take a picture of yourself today and then one on the last day and submit them here to Mancouch together on February 6th. If enough people do this I will post all the pictures on the front page.
Third, if you go above and beyond the call of duty and take a picture everyday and then make one of those time lapse videos and send that in you will get some super secret brownie points.
Finally no cutting or shaving means just that. None. No trimming or buzzing or anything. No making any of your hairs on your head shorter for any reason at all.

I would, except where I'm from, we have "No Shave November" which is essentially the same thing. I mean, I probably won't shave or get a haircut during January anyways, but best of luck to anyone who participates.
Since I want to keep my jobs I cant - oh, if I was in college once again I might be tempted to answer in the affirmative, ha ha
sounds like just another unnecessary no shave november. men and their facial hair, always getting carried away.
All the guys around here that do this do No Shave November.
@supaflychikn@xanga - Oh please, you women are just jealous that all you get is that "upper-lip peach fuzz that occasionally looks like a 15 year old boy who refuses to admit he has to shave" kind of stuff. Yeah, I know you're jealous.

Yeah we have No Shave November as well. Since I shave my head as well as my face, I'm gonna have to skip out on this party.
Here in TX, it's practically all throughout the cold months. (No-Shave-November, Don't-Shave-December, etc..)
If I were a guy, I'd totally do it.

I don't shave my naughty bits on no shave November. One month out of the year is enough for my vag-beard.
I..... Hmmmmm...... I was going to say that I would be but my wife wouldn't.....but my wife is going to Korea for six weeks to help our sister with her soon-coming baby, so maybe I could do this after all!!!!!!!

@wiredXecstacy@xanga - Down here in Delaware, we do both No-Shave November AND Manuary (and occasionally, the more dedicated of us do Decembeard).
Me and some friends decided the other day that to cut the hairs of your beard during January is akin to cutting the shaft of your penis during any month.
Real men do MANUARY!
