I don't know how many of you watch the Venture Brothers, but if you don't you should. It's pretty amazing and if you're nerdy or geeky at all, it will touch your special place.
This past weekend's episode (you can see it at adultswim.com, although it probably won't make any sense if you aren't already a fan of the show) did us all of humanity a great service. No, I'm not talking about putting Master Billy Quizboy in a sack, Phantom Limb's new associates, the return of Sgt. Hatred's sinful urges, finding out the purpose for speed suits or even David Bowie's return. All those things were great. But the best part was finding a new dimension for Batman.
It has long been known that Batman is the greatest thing to ever exist ever. He is the most badass person ever (yes, he DOES exist). And this is precisely why it's so hard to find new dimension to the Batman. He's already so badass, how do you find ways to make something that is already way more badass than normal humans can even imagine even more badass?
Well, the Venture Brothers found a way! By turning Batman into an adjective. And let me just say, that is so batman of them to do that. Here's the scene where it happens:
Bam! A new use for batman is born! All of us here at Mancouch would like to officially throw our support behind using Batman as an adjective and encourage you to use it thusly as often as possible. It's just too batman for you not to.
