The Perils Of A Catholic Upbringing
As I walked down the busy sidewalk with my wife one day, knowing I was late for Mass, my eye caught sight of an unfortunate, ragged vagabond that are in every city these days. Some people turned to stare. Others quickly looked away as if the sight would harm them.
Recalling my old pastor, Father Mike who always admonished me to "care for the sick, feed the hungry, and clothe the naked" I was moved by some powerful inner urge to reach out to this unfortunate person.
Wearing what can only be described as rags and carrying her treasured worldly possessions in plastic bags, my heart was touched by this person's condition. Yes, where some people only saw rags, I saw true, hidden beauty. A small voice in my head called out to me - "Reach out, reach out and touch this person!"
Do you want to reach out and touch this person?

i'm pretty sure she's not homeless. don't homeless people wear more clothes or am i picturing them wrong? XP
If it were my brothers, yes, they'd like to reach out and touch her.
No don't touch her! She might have leprosy! :(
Well she doesn't look like she's hurting too
badly, she's got her purse and a shopping bag! Maybe she's just a slut
who enjoys walking around like that, lol...
@ShimmerBodyCream@xanga &@icebreakers_38@xanga - Private Message, much? It's ridiculous to have a ten minute bantering session all up in someone's blog comments.
As for the BLOG, *ahem*, the girl in the pic obviously has a really nice body... But unless she's strolling down a boardwalk, I think she should leave a little more to the imagination.
@BellaNeiSogni@xanga - shut the hell up
@ShimmerBodyCream@xanga - I'm not going to play your game, Precious. :) Have fun!
@BellaNeiSogni@xanga - You're right, I am precious. First smart thing you said.
