The Beastie Boys Empire Strikes Back
This is a video of Empire Strikes Back footage set to "Sabotage" by the Beastie Boys. This makes me feel all sorts of happy. Much like the Doug video earlier, this is all about having a happy Sunday, and this makes me a happy happy man. All I wonder is why it's a sabotage and not a trap. Enjoy:
What other songs would work well with star wars footage?

That's odd. I would have expected Intergalactic to be a bit more obvious, but I'm not complaining. The world needs more Beastie Boys.
It's like all my favorite things gathered into one 3:08 video.
Never thought I would rec a mancouch post.
Can't wait to hear the new record, when it releases.
Possibly Intergalactic?
@salvatruca_stalking_havok13@xanga - There should have been a music video weekend filled with Beastie Boys videos and a get well message from Mancouch to MCA. Haha! Beastie Boys are one of my favorite hip-hop groups, simply for making hip-hop fun and good-natured. So, there's no way I will ignore a post having to do with them.
Oh, and best songs would also be "Looking Down the Barel of a Gun" and/or "Body Movin'". If you are looking for short songs to put with Star Wars montage, "You Catch a Bad One" from their Aglio & Olio EP also works.
Thanks for the sub :)
I have never understood why anyone likes the Beastie Boys. Everything about them is annoying.
I like this post because I know who The Beastie Boys are, and I know what Star Wars is.
The song really doesn't suit the movie. Good song, good movie; don't go good together. I did hear they played it because the song is called "Sabotage" because William Shatner use to pronounce "Sabatage" wrong. A guy from the movie confirmed on a radio show that-that wasn't the case.
