Ironic Costume: Fail

Well, Another Halloween has come and gone. The news and photographic evidence of crazy parties, wild parades, and as Neil pointed out, slutty costumes begins to trickle in. However there was one story that I just found that I thought was worth bringing to your attention.
18 year-old Ohio native James Miller was pulled over by police at 3 in the morning on Halloween night, for driving the wrong way down a one-way street. The officer noticed an open can of beer next to the drivers seat, and upon searching the car found several empty cans of Bud Light strewn about the car. Mr. Miller was then given a breathalyzer test, and blew a .158 which is almost twice the legal limit. He was then taken back to the station and booked for a DUI and underage drinking.
Sounds pretty routine, right?
Wrong.
At the time this whole affair went down, James Miller was wearing his Halloween costume, which happened to be a breathalyzer. The foam suit features a pipe conveniently located near the groin, with the instructions "blow here". According to the costume, there are three levels of intoxication, "boring", "life of the party", and "sotally tober".
It was unclear which level Mr. Miller had reached at the time of his booking.

Hahaha, obviously he was going to get drunk, while wearing that costume. The only fail is that he got caught.

wow. i love this. this is the definition of epic win, in my opinion.
once upon a time, i got a lovely DUI/underage. had it come with such epic irony (it was close, but no cigar), it may well have been worth it.

If it wasn't for the fact that he was stupid enough to drive after drinking, I would say that his costume is pretty epic.

@bmccann@xanga - i looked hot when i got arrested. it just meant they made me wear a prison uniform so as not to "excite" the inmates. allegedly. i'd rather have been wearing the breathalyzer for sure.
