Theorem & Proof: People are Stupid
Theorem: people are stupid.
Proof: Yours truly went to the post office the other day to mail something to a buddy of mine in Spain. Came up to the clerk, gave her the box. Our dialogue as follows:
Clerk: "Any substances in there?"
Me: "Nope."
C: "Any drugs, sprays, weapons?"
M: "Nope."
C: "You sure?"
M: "Yup. Just stuff."
C: "Well, the reason that I am asking..."
M: "It's okay. Part of your job."
C: "Well, yeah... But we had a thing happen here two days ago. Some guy mailed this big package and he didn't secure the box well enough. So when it got here, it got opened, right?"
M: (this is getting semi-interesting): "Right."
C: "Well, the damn box opened and there was a Kalashnikov in there with two sets of bullets."
M: "Kalashnikov..."
C: "Yup."
M: "As in AK-47?"
C: "Yup."
M: "The rifle?"
C: "Yup. The guy put a return address on it and all. It wasn't registered or anything. It's still here. We gonna call the cops."
M: "Where was it heading to? Different country? Different state? Where?"
C: "Oh, it had a local address."
Okay, people... If you decide to give someone an unregistered AK-47, do not do so by mail. Drive to the location. Or at least secure the damn box so the gun does not fall out!! And for the love of God, don't put your return address on it...

If it was a local address he should've just driven it over there. Asking questions about whats in the box is stupid and im sure the guy who SENT the gun answered those questions JUST LIKE you did.
But yeah, whoever did that is a moron... then again, people send weed and shrooms via fed ex all the time and get away with it.
