Men That All Men Like: Quentin Tarantino
You mean to tell me that of all the men that all men like, you didn't list that man who:
*made you look up the Bible for Samuel L. Jackson's famous line
*said the famous line "dead ni**er storage" without and not even Samuel Jackson batted an eye (from what we know)?
*Made martial arts and westerm-ish movies the thing to watch, with the help of Uma Thurman,
*brought the Japanese band The 5,6,7,8's cover of "Woo Hoo" back into your vulnerable memory
*Popularized David Carradine as Bill
*Made every man wish they knew martial arts and that they owned a Hattori Hanzo sword
*Helped with and starred in two b-movie double features: (both of which contained one of the reader's choice nominees for Mancouch's attention grabbing women)
*And about to keep the blood and gore in a new movie with Nazi blood upon it? With all the heads a man can bash in?
You mean to tell me of all the men that men like, you didn't get a chance to mention Quentin Tarantino?

I used to not like his early films because it seemed like he was trying to be the anti Spike Lee and make sure everyone dropped N-Bombs as much as they possibly could... but after I grew up and stopped being mad at the world , ahaha, dude became one of my favorite film makers. props out to QT.

Hey, you forgot to mention that he helped Zoe Bell become mainstream. She was a stunt woman, but he liked her so much, he wrote her into Death Proof as a character.
One of the many reasons I love Quentin Tarantino is his enthusiasm about film making. Fuck, I like hearing the guy talk about movies because he can hype it up and break it down. He can talk about any movie and you'll want to watch it because he thinks it's the shit.
Another Tarantino quality is his awesome dialog. It's not all poetic or anything, but he knows how to to make characters pop with the stuff they say.
He's awesome.
Other than him re-producing Asian Films for mainstream America and then Re-labeling etc He's awesome. (it's like a Remix that he takes full credit for...)
Eh. Don't really care for him.
He makes good movies, but I don't like him.
@PsychedelicBreakfast@xanga - The only time I really got to know him was through an interview. He was kind of in an uncouth mood, but the only thing I really remember him for is his adrenaline-rushed movies.
@mynameisblueskye@xanga - Yeah, the two times that I've seen him being interviewed he really wasn't in the most pleasant of moods, but he's a talented man, I'll give him that much.
he does make good movies.
He is awesome. Very talented. Weird? Hell, yeah! Find me someone who is extremely talented and NOT weird - ain't gonna happen. Package deal.
The man is a genius
The man of the hour for sure , you can always expect something out of the ordinary with him
QT is a genius. Great director with great vision.
I love Quentin. He's amazing weird and creative.
me and my old roomate used to watch pulp fiction all the time and repeat some of the most rememberable lines in the movie. for some reason quentin has always caught my attention. even in the long boring scenes where they just talk for 15 minutes he caught my attention. i am lookng foreward to his new speghetti-war film
my bf hates him.. i guess tarantino isnt for every guy. i love his movies
Why isn't Uma Thurman one of the women who can replace Mancouch's obsession?
