    Ladies, there is a new way to get strong, sexy arms and shoulders. Without further ado, I present to you, the Shake Weight.



    This is a new and never before thought of workout! By moving your hands up and down quickly around a long cylindrical object, you get one hell of a workout!

    Who would have thought.

    I know, I know what you're thinking - I'm skeptical about the 6 minutes a day thing too.
