That's ridiculous. We have a purpose - Megan Fox. Just kidding - it's just about amusing ourselves and having fun. And actually, we've had a good number of serious posts recently like:
These days, guy get a lot of crap thrown at them. It's like it's no longer politically correct to be a guy.
Well, fuck that. Mancouch is a site where you can be yourself, and not feel guilty about being attracted to a pretty girl or whoever floats your boat.
Anyway vote away - we're not going anywhere. But just to make sure, drop us a vote here if you don't mind:

i love mancouch. so what if it's a waste of space? it's a waste of CYBERspace, which isn't really SPACE SPACE like unsustainable, unrenewable resources. i say live and let live on teh internetz. why do you think we have 4chan?

WTFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF?! NO PURPOSE! THAT'S RIDICULOUS! I am infuriated that someone would think that Mancouch serves no purpose. Mancouch is the only ish site (even then it's not technically an ish site) that I even like.
The world in a man's point of view apparently attracts a lot of women, but the guys that post on here have some genius topics of conversation. I find myself referring to a blog on Mancouch all the time to my friends.
Of course it serves a purpose! It serves an informative and comic purpose! I am appalled that someone would find that Mancouch is purpose-less.
I think ireallylikefood is a waste of space.
For the most part, I think the guys don't really express that much, or what to seem like a weak punk for posting it. Either that, some of the issues were submitted to datingish.

Like I said in my comment on that post, ManCouch is so easy to make fun of, it's like my virtual punching bag, I'm all for keeping it.
I do find it hilariously ironic that about 85% of the comments on any given blog are typically female.
I don't know. The person that submitted that suggested a site that could help raise money to help for cancer research. :/
@AznFier@xanga - Just as of lately the single picture posts sort of getting on my nerves. All the eat or smite and the rate it 1-10. It is almost like a hot or not dating site, except with food. But honestly, nothing really wrong with ireallylikefood, actually. It was a fail attempt at humor.

The purpose of Mancouch is for men to openly talk empty crap, before heading off to complain about their girls on Datingish. The reason I come here is to be entertained, and discuss usual male issues. Mancouch is the closest I'll ever get to having a few male friends. Haha!

The same people who want to get rid of Mancouch are probably fixie-bike riding overly PC electroindie-liking vegans who still think messenger bags, John Kerry stickers, and waiting in line overnight to buy gaudy overpriced Apple products is cool.
In response to the proposal to get rid of Mancouch, I vote to get rid of them and all their smelly hipster brethren in order to defend the last bastion of vulgarity, depravity, and non-political correctness on Xanga.
