I went to a tractor pull and I liked it!
I went to the most backwoods, countrified "mama grab your shotgun there is gonna be a party tonight" event I have ever been to in my entire life...
And I liked it!
What was this event? I went to the Local Garden Tractor Pull:
I am normally not a fan of farm country entertainment... things like chasing pigs and Tractor line dancing usually cause a disturbance in the force. But my experience with garden tractor pulls for the first time was great.
For those of you who have no idea what I mean, here is my description of the event. Different Garden tractors of different classes (from factory to ripped apart only to rebuild better faster and stronger) try to pull at trailer like weight as far as they can under no time restraint and the tractor who pulls it the furthest wins. This competition gets competitive so competitive that there is a 500 dollar charge to challenge the results of a race
You think it would get old watching tractors pull weights but it doesnt...I guess it's kind of like Nascar... most of the time you know that another left turn in coming but you still watch to see the car turn left.This is my Brother-in-Law's Friend

Most definitely, but I'm from the country. You know one of those towns where there are more cows than ppl... Bring on the tractors!
I have never heard of a garden tractor pull.....but Im from Illinois and I used to go to the tractor pulls all the time at the county fair. It was the John Deere Tractors, Or Case International tractors. I also loved seeing the stock car derby races. And they even had Semi-Truck Pulls and it was awesome!!!!! I definitely go for stuff like this!
