Howcast on "How To Rev Up Your Sex Drive"
Howcast has a video up called, "How To Rev Up Your Sex Drive With Sensate Focus Techniques".

It outlines a six step program to rev up your sex drive, involving:
- abstinence
- self-discipline
- no pr0n
This sounds like the worst program ever!

Just watching the video revved up my sex drive... I don't think I need the full six step program. Then again, I think this video is aimed at getting women horny and as such, I fully support it.

I think it could work, but it'd be annoying as hell. The way it showed them touching each other clothed was ridiculous, and I laughed.

Um............. yeah, I'm going to go with NO.
Instead, try something new and exciting together.
I would agree with foregoing porn by yourself. Though you should still be able to watch porn with your partner if you'd like.

@methodElevated@xanga - there are so many reasons this doesnt work starting with the first and foremost, most important reason.......if I dont "prepare myself" to have sex with a girl or girlfriend whatever the situation is.....its terrible....if I were to deprive myself of sex for weeks and/or porn, masturbation id literaly stick it in and ....well thatd be it...not too fun for the girl i think hmmmmmmmm.....who knows this may just only be me but when I go on a sexual adventure, as i like to call it, i like for my partner to enjoy herself too !

I don't get why you would have to wait a few days in between each step. Why not just wait like...one day in between each? I get what it's trying to do but that's just silly to stretch it out so long.

The no porn part sounds stupid but you have to admit, abstaining from sex for a period of time makes it really powerful when you decide to try again.

My boyfriend and I thought abstaining from sex for a week would work...NO WAY! It was just a week of suffering. Bleh.
