How to tell real from fake
I wasn't surprised to see that the #1 Howcast video on Hulu is How To Tell Real Breasts From Fake:
I was hoping there was some magical rule of thumb... but I didn't learn too much. I may be in the minority here, but I think that fake breasts are kinda gross. But more on that later.
Can you spot implants with your naked eye?

After working in a lingerie boutique and helping women find the right bra, it's easy for me to spot the difference. Real boobies have more of a tear drop shape when you look at them from the side. Fake boobies seem to defy gravity and really don't move all that much.
I'm not completely against breast implants if the woman really had a flat chest and wanted to feel and look more womanly. I know women who honestly did it just for themselves.
I can tell a real breast from a fake one great. Fake ones are perfectly assymetircal, and perky, and real ones are supposed to sag and hang to a point.
