How to tell real from fake
I wasn't surprised to see that the #1 Howcast video on Hulu is How To Tell Real Breasts From Fake:

I was hoping there was some magical rule of thumb... but I didn't learn too much. I may be in the minority here, but I think that fake breasts are kinda gross. But more on that later.

Can you spot implants with your naked eye?

Na I agree, I'm not a fan of implants either. Not only do they usually look bad, but it seems as though every girl with em has self esteem issues. Take away the boobs and what kinda girl do you have?

Agreed! Fake breasticles serve no purpose other than eye candy I think. Especially when they're those that were stuffed so full you can just see the silicone bulging through a side of a blouse - nasty.

actualy during the breast augmentation surgery the (little known fact) nipples become magnetic...has to do with the silicon... but if you take a strong magnet and move it in a circle within a foot of the breast you can watch the nipple transcrbe the same circle... kinda cool actualy ...

I absolutely hate implants simply because just by that one operation you know for a fact that a person is down-right fake which they'll have to life with their entire life. So whenever a girl says they're the realest bitch you'll ever know, ask em why they got implants :P

I think cosmetic surgery is best left for disfigured people. If you didn't get a mastectomy or don't have abnormally large/mismatched breasts, getting implants or augmentation is incredibly vain and a waste of money.

i despise huge sagging breasts. they're disgusting. it's not really a turn-on to see a freshman in high school wear a tank top with sagged breasts.

i can definitely tell if a girl has fake or real boobs. really boobs actually move when a girl walks, fake ones don't, they just stay in place all the time.

I don't think they're that bad, but most guys I know are completely turned off to ever pursuing anything serious with a girl who they know has fake tits, even if they look good. The idea of it is somewhat repulsive, I guess.

@jolee121910@xanga - actually there is. Implants don't have to be large, they can be whatever size you choose. I do have a feeling they would have be specially ordered, but there is no reason you can't have breast augmentation and have small breasts. It is actually my exact plan, I have a small chest, and don't want to go bigger, just nicer.
And fake boobs aren't always gross. Nowadays there are many options and doctors who do very nice, real looking fake breasts. Unless you're going monster large size, they can be quite tasteful.
I think that if you have a self esteem issue and it's something you've totally thought through thoroughly, then go for it.

It depends. I dont like BIG fake breasts. But then again I dont know any other form of fake except implants.

Hmmm...

I won't ever get implants... Def don't need 'em. :p

I think those that get them should actually need them for cosmetic reasons, not just b/c they don't like the way their boobs look... Like, if you've had a mastectomy, I think reasonable implants would be a good thing... But to make 'em bigger just b/c you're unsatisfied w/your size?? Idk bout that...

Breast reduction, on the other hand, is very reasonable...specially if the boobs are giving you back probs and such...
