What's the most you've ever bench pressed?
I remember when I graduated high school, I could bench press 295 pounds.
I thought to myself, "I'll keep working out and by the time I graduate from college, I'll be benching 400+ pounds!"
The very second I had that thought was my physical peak. I stopped working out seriously in college, and never broke 300 pounds on bench.
What's the most you've ever bench pressed?

165 pounds, back in 8th grade.
I have a weak upper body.
@abilene_piper_lg@xanga - in 8th grade? That's quite young though.
So far I've benched, ugh I forgot, 150? I just started... *yawn*
200. i weigh about 150ish. hoping to get to 225 when i start working out regularly again
The max I've ever benched was 160 and I never really worked out until last year when I started weight training. It's a really fun class and I'm considering taking it again this year and I'm hoping to get up to at least 220.
I've gotten to 215 for 2 reps on decline bench. I don't really do flat barbell benching anymore. tweaks my shoulder too much.
55lb
10 reps x 4-5
haven't really had the time to concentrate on benching....
The most I've got is 350 back in my junior year of high school. Back then I weighed in at around 260, though, so I was a big guy. After high school I quit lifting and lost a lot of weight. I now weigh 175 and I have been lifting regularly for about a year and a half and I'm fairly confident I could max at 300.
i've never done that.....im not sure why im here anyway....
my husband does 305 x3 times. his goal is to do 400 in a matter of a couple months. he's insane.
the most for me , um I don't even know. Maybe 40! lol
Me, I'm a long, tall drink of water, the highest I got was 150 lbs on the last day of weight training class in high school.
a fat 300lb dude.
