On Saturday, fellow Mancoucher Will wrote about Dead Snow, a Nazi zombie flick getting an (unjunstifiably) small release. We here at Mancouch are all about zombie romps, and so I've got another one for you: Zombieland.
Here's the premise, straight from godsend Wikipedia: "Zombieland is an upcoming American post-apocalyptic, zombie comedy... scheduled to be released on October 9, 2009. After America is ravaged by a zombie plague, a lone band of survivors fights the living dead while they cross the nation from coast to coast. They stop in an amusement park, where they believe they will be safe."
The movie has Jesse Eisenberg (who apparently cannot appear in movies that don't have the suffix "-land," after he just came off Adventureland).
*Woody Harrelson (who's awesome in everything).
*Emma Stone (Jules from Superbad, see above)
And, apparently. it even has Bill Murray (!) as a ZOMBIE (!!!).
Honestly, that should be enough, but the trailer is filled with some slapstick greatness that is seriously straight out of some old Looney Toons. Check it out:
Are you guys as excited for this as I am, or do you prefer your zombies more intense, Dead Snow style?
I just saw this trailer last night in the movie theater. And I was telling my boyfriend that I wanna see it.
I like the more intense zombie movies, considering they are the only real movies that scare me
But I'll go see this Looks like a fun watch.

Wow, this looks great. I'm a fan of any zombie flick, funny or serious. 28 Days Later or Shaun of the Dead, I love any good movie. Zombieland looks hillarious.
I want to see that now =D Dead Snow looks really good too, but mainly 'cos I'll be scared (and the fact that it's about NAZI zombies. Winning combo?) Zombies generally win x]
Both of these movies are on my must see list I might actually go to the theatre rather than download them too1 Which for me is saying a lot.
