Sometimes guys out there get very special feelings for one another or from afar. This is called manlove or having a mancrush. For example I have a massive mancrush on Christian Bale. He's Batman, how could I not? Anyway, this is not to be confused with the term "bromance" which I distinctly reject. Partially because just typing it made me gag, but also because that term was clearly made up by the women who watch way too much E! channel, read too many gossip rags, and have bookmarked perez hilton who also came up with the terms "preggers" and "manscaping" both of which cause me severe abdominal pain.
As you can see above, the show Scrubs displayed an extreme case of manlove. My question you is how much manlove is too much manlove? Does it ever cross a line? At what point does Silent Bob stop being Jay's hetero lifemate and start being his power bottom? Look, there's nothing wrong with two dudes banging. It's just at that point it can no longer be considered a hetero relationship.
Guys having platonic lovefests for one another is nothing new. In fact, I'm pretty sure the term mancrush actually comes from Seinfeld. If it doesn't, well, I know for a fact that it coined the term man-date so I think that counts. Going all the way back to Abbot and Costello we see examples of manlove throughout popular culture. I would go all the way back to Alexander the Great to point out manlove's existence in society, but he was just cold banging dudes which disqualifies it from the classification of manlove. So I leave it to you dear readers:
How much manlove is too much manlove?

ANY MANLOVE IS TOO MUCH MANLOVE.
Duh. Guys feel weird just being sensitive and calm, and feel downright stupid when they're practicing "bromance".
Womanlove, ftw.
I went to an all guy school so I give and get quite a bit of manlove (in a hetero way of course) and I think it only gets too far when the other person is uncomfortable. So it's really depending on the relationship between the two guys.
Depends on the people involved, I guess. I think it crosses the line when people start asking if they are gay or the girlfriend becomes jealous.
there can never be too much manlove!
I think JD and Turk's manlove is just the right amount
no tongues ...
if the pants are on, you can't have enough guy love. :D
I love JD and Turk.
It depends on the people its between.. i think JD and Turk is just right though.
@visualfusion@xanga - i totally agree, sometimes you need that kind of friendship.
Turk and JD are just amazing! xD
In my opinion the term "heterosexual" means that you commonly have sex with members of the opposite sex. If you banged like, 15 chicks and maybe 1 or 2 dudes, you're still technically hetero in my book.
I believe that if you ENJOYED being power bottom, the man love stops. D:
(Oh god. xD!)

@MissPixieGlitter@xanga - YES!
I almost died laughing at the video..
but sure there's no too much of manlove,I mean god their guys,not chunks of muscles screaming "macho"..their just people.and people should show their love.
what? now that's gay too? two completely hetero man can't sing a song about their guy love in public anymore? we (hetero men) can't do anything anymore.
@emmaleaaa@xanga - if you're doing it right the girlfriend always gets jealous.
@emmaleaaa@xanga - i agree.
I can never have too much manlove.
At my college, we do it to affirm our non-sexual love for eachother.
Ugh! I hate the term "preggers!!"
Also, too much manlove is when marrying a guy and feeling like you're also marrying his best guy friend... Who is going to move into the basement even when he has other places to go... Gross!!
I have personal space issues, so any manlove is too much manlove for me.
