BEFORE MARRIAGE:
Husband - Aaah! ...At last! I can hardly wait!
Wife - Do you want me to leave?
Husband - No! Don't even think about it.
Wife - Do you love me?
Husband - Of course! Always have and always will!
Wife - Have you ever cheated on me?
Husband - No! Why are you even asking?
Wife - Will you kiss me?
Husband - Every chance I get!
Wife - Will you hit me?
Husband - Hell no! Are you crazy?!
Wife - Can I trust you?
Husband - Yes.
Wife - Darling!
AFTER MARRIAGE: read from bottom to top.
Even though this is not meant to be taken seriously, do some people have this view of marriage and men? Why is that?

Why some people might have this view on marriage, and not see this as just a 'joke', is because it happens. It happens all the time. I have seen it happen countless times. A lot of friends have gone through variations of this, as did I myself.

However, more often than not, it was in reality the other way around. Switch the roles in that "conversation," and it's more accurate. (And the joke is still funny, although in more of an ironic way.)

It's great though, that even though the numbers DON'T support this, it's still always men who are the "bad guys." I love how people think that just because chicks claim to be looking for an honest guy, they are always honest themselves. That's the funniest joke of all!

That's what happens to immature couples. Guys get painted as the bad guy because guys don't sit around gossiping about girls that left their guyfriends, so those stories don't carry as far as stories about guys.

That did make me laugh. I would say that people that weren't ready for marriage in the first place, or don't have that strong of feelings for each other, would be regretful and unhappy in their relationship. They want to end it. Think deep before you leap.

i always pictured marriage like this because everything makes fun of it and says its horrible and ruins the mans life and turns the woman into an evil nagging bitch. well its fucking bullshit and im sick of it, marriage can bea a beautiful happy wonderful thihng. if both people are true and honest and mature enough for it. the person who convinced me of this is my bf. i would always makes jokes about marriage being stupid and stuff like that and he convinced me that marriage can bea beautiful, yes it can sometimes be hard work but its worth it if you turly love ther person. i wish more movies and televsision shows would make marriage seem beautiful, the way it used to be.
