Not usually. They tend to perfect the art of lying before they meet too many people... they LOVE playing mind games and molding their victims to their will.

I have one friend who can't lie to me worth shit, but she keeps on trying. After a while, I just started buying into the lies and faking shock.
I can tell on some women when it comes to the tone in their voices. Like, she's speaking, but the tone doesn't match the conversation.

Hell yes. It is so easy to determine when a woman is lying.
I enjoy mind fucking my girlfriends at first. Letting them think they are lying to me - playing along with it - and then showing myself painfully confused as I "Stumble" upon their lie.
Have you ever read any books on body language? I do admit, it is much easier to figure out if a woman is lying if you have spoken with her on several previous occasions.
You have to obtain a baseline for how a person acts before determining the validity of their words.
