Depends on who started it.
abuse is abuse. there should not be any exceptions on who is doing it.
yes they should
Like @Dare2BDiferentt@xanga said, it depends on who started it. But, no matter what, if a woman hits a man, she will get hit back. There should be no exception in any case. If women want to be treated the same, this is one way.
domestic abuse is domestic abuse regardless of which person is beating whom.
It depends on the situation. If it's some light spanking we're talking about...
uh yeah. abuse is abuse. punch a pillow.
definitely, why not? no one should lay their hand on someone else?
Yes.
Yes.
yes.
definitely yes.
Women who hit their men? I say yes. We can't hit girls. If a girl hits a man, she WILL get hit back eventually. So, without a doubt, they should be treated the same way we are with violence.
Definitely, no doubt about it. Lots of men suffer under abuse of all kinds but no one knows about it because men are less likely to talk about it. Sad
of course. physical abuse is physical abuse.
Hey if a chick can dish out the punishment of beating up her guy then she should take the same punishment from the legal system that a guy would have to take.
Not if it's self defense.
If the woman is a batterer, then yes, of course the punishment should be the same.
Yes.
Yes, depending on what is used, the violence agaiinst men can be serious. A male friend of mine was the victim of violence by his wife. It was "just" throwing anything she could find...nail polish bottles, hair dryers....you get the picture. Sounds funny, but what if the next thing she threw was a knife, or an open bottle of lighter-fluid? Thankfully, he had the sense to walk out on her and her abuse before it escalated.
hell yes. theres always women saying they want to be treated equally. so when youre playing basketball with a girl and shes driving for a layup, block the f*ck out of that ball. or if youre picking teams for kickball, make sure to pick that scrawny, uncoordinated girl last. or if a girl slaps you in the face, slap the sh*t back out of her. like 'how can she slap'. she slapped him first so what makes it wrong that he slaps her, cuz shes a girl? well then youre just saying girls arent equals. pick one and choose. either shes equal and he can slap her back or shes not so he wont. you cant have both.
and dont start flaming me cuz im not really serious about thsoe situations except for the basketball one. and probably the kickball one. the last one is a semi-sarcastic example.
YES
Nowadays, They dont have any choice, Usually, Domestic assault charges are filed without EITHER party having a choice...If anyone hits anyone, charges are filed against them, The cops try to avoid REPEAT abuse situations.
yes they should.
Yes.
Definitely, yes they should. Equal rights should mean equal consequences. That's what true equality is all about.
