  • Why Guys Need To Trim Their Hairy Chest

I just finished watching Russell Peter's last stand up video, Red, White and Brown.

He was hilarious as usual but one of the bits stuck out, the part about chest hair and how annoying it can get.

I couldn't stop laughing because it was so true.

Ever see a hairy guy with chest hair popping out of his shirt or worse, when a dude decides to leave his shirt unbuttoned?  That ish is straight disgusting.

If you're a guy with that much chest hair, you need to get it trimmed or find a way to make grow less.

I'm a brown guy but my body isn't as hairy as some other guys and even then I still trim my body hair.  I do it for a couple of reasons:

    1. It's hard to wear a white tee in the summer when you have chest hair.

    2. It tends to stick out through the shirt.

    3. It's hot as heck with all the body hair.

Honestly, you'll never catch me with an unbuttoned shirt or with a hairy chest.

I know many women who find men with facial hair attractive but I have yet to find a woman who thinks chest hair is attractive (apparently there is a small minority).   It's not the 80's when guys like Tom Selleck picked up women with the mustache and chest hair.

Those days have changed, some guys just need to get with the program.

Imagine the shame if you take off your shirt with a girl and your chest looks like this:

I also think guys with hairy chest are lazy as hell.  Ever see a guy with a hairy chest and a 6 pack?  Hell no!  Guys who are in shape get rid of that hairy nonsense to show off their muscles.  Guys with hairy chests just want to cover up the fat or at least trying to.

So fellas, do yourself and your girl a favor by trimming your chest hair.  It's not unmanly at all.  It might even make you a better man.

Should guys trim or wax their chest hair? How often do you see guys with hairy chests?
