I've punched my boyfriend during a fit of rage. He didn't punch me back, but he did try to hold me down.

both. punching someone doesn't really give my any satisfaction because i don't enjoy hurting people. and i've only punched people that have swung first. 3 total fights in my entire life, i won all 3 with one punch, and i only got hit twice, and they didn't hurt at all.

First time was in middle school. I punched a really big girl because she got on my nerves, and she didn't hit me back.
Since then, sure, loads of times when I've play-punched and been play-punched..but never anything serious leading to hospitalization.
I did when i was like 10. This kid ripped my favorite shirt that i had gotten for my birthday which was that day. He didn't even get up for the next five minutes. i was a baller at age ten.
