I didn't find that humorous at all...lol I sound like such an old snob. But I didn't.

This gives a fair definition of sexual assault.

And the link to torture says, "Torture, according to the United Nations Convention Against Torture, is: "any act by which severe pain or suffering, whether physical or mental, is intentionally inflicted on a male or female...torture can also be for the sadistic gratification of the torturer,"
How is it not sexual assault when you assault someone's sex organs?

Hitting a guy in the testicles is sexual assault. It's just not seen that way by some people because it's normalized as something that's funny when in reality it qualifies as sexual abuse and fondling.

@John_of_the_bloomdocks@xanga - I agree. Last time I checked smacking a girl in the ass is sexual assault so it's only fair that smacking a guy in the balls (much less the ass) should be sexual assault.
If someone did that to me I wouldn't care who it was, I would be seriously pissed once I was able to move again (at least in the guitarists case).
