A Seriously Motivated House Seller
Here's a very motivated house seller:
How desperate must this person be to put up all these signs? Would you ever buy a house from someone who's that desperate to sell the house?

Yes. lol.
Of course I'd check the house and have a professional come in....
but if they're that desperate I might get it for cheap!
no way, I'll likely need at least $200k to remodel the p.o.s house lol
I would! They are just signs to me. One is enough. :P
And depends if the house is good of course.
no, i'll buy it for the house :)
LOL at all the signs.
They makes me curious...
Why are they so desperate to sell it? :O
I would definitely get it checked out first!
is it the house or tree though?
no, i would not buy it because that means something is terribly wrong with the house and/or the town that the house is located.
Maybe it's haunted xD
I'd have to check out the house first. Maybe it's horrible inside, but maybe it's not that bad and he just wants to get rid of it. Might be able to get it for a good deal.
Alot of people are desperate to get out from under those screw you over mortgage rates and are trying to sell before foreclosure and having their credit score looks like a good golf score.
The whole economy being in shreads is because the banks gave out those sub-prime mortgages and then doubled the rates people had.People couldn't pay them because they had already overextended on how much house they bought. That's why your tax dollar is bailing Wall Street.
@jolee121910@xanga - Maybe the only thing that the owner finds terribly wrong is that they got offered a better job in a different area, and are now paying 2 mortgages. There are lots of reasons why someone would be extremely motivated to sell their house, and not all of those reasons include the house itself.
no..there is obviously something wrong with it.
I wouldn't have a problem with it if the house was solid.
It's actually a great trick for getting attention to the house--I mean I'm sure they'll likely get more people walking through, and more people means a quicker sale for more money.
Also, the most likely reason for selling and wanting it to be such a quick sale is because of the economy, more people are losing their houses right now then I'd even like to think about (my mom is a real estate agent).
I'd consider buying the house. If they're really desperate, they'll go with whatever price I give them. Bargain.
If the obvious desperation was serious, I'd buy the house, even if it was in bad condition. Then I'd demolish it, have a new one built and sell it for twice what it took me to make it lol
