Picture this, your girlfriend comes over or you bring someone home but your place looks like crap.
You don’t know what to do, and you didn’t think that far ahead. But if you had taken the time to think ahead just a little bit, you could have gotten her past it.
Next time, make sure to have the following things, and she won’t even know how crappy your place looks.
5 Things Guys Need To Have At Their Place:
Something Handmade -
If you have something that you made at your place, it’ll give her the impression you’re really good with tools and can fix things.
But if its crap, then you can make some jokes about how hard you tried and you could use some help.
A Wii –
Girls love the Wii because it’s so interactive. Contrary to popular belief, women do like to play games. They just don’t want to play Street Fighter or some World War II battle game. Get them into a fun and easy game and you’re gold.
Something Weird/Interesting –
Some guys have odd furniture or weird figurines (not too many or you’ll freak her out). This will get the woman interested and ask what it is. If she has no clue, you can take some time to explain it to her or make up a crazy story about it.
Plus, it’ll make you different than most guys, unless you’re straight up weird, then good luck!
Pictures –
Pictures are key. If you have them around the house, it gives them the sense that you are family oriented and have friends.
No woman wants to be with a guy who has no friends or doesn’t know how to have a good time. Just avoid pictures of previous girlfriends and her family.
A Dog–
Dogs are the best. They are a man's best friend. I’ve personally seen what happens to women when a guy walks around with a dog, but some other pets do well too.

they should have the old school super nintendo system with the mario kart game. that is the only racing game that I like. I always pick Yoshi to be my designated racer-a green dinosaur wearing construction boots is sooo cute lol

large safe with interesting combination lock..hours of fun, many pictures of old beautiful girlfriends...you just couldn't make it work with..sigh..., furniture magazines..cause ya was thinkin on an upgrade..., tucked away weight equipment (clean of dust) ..yer thinkin on health, updated carton fresh soymilk in fridge..heath thing again... plenty of room in a clean bathroom..to make her think..hmmm her stuff...
now..did ya jus wanna play or keep her?

Ok in this order:
1. I seriously don't care about your bird house that is for some reason inside your apartment or your CD rack that you made in high school that has your undies on it. Not to be mean, I just wouldn't care that much.
2. A Wii eh? No Xbox? I wanna play Castle Crashers not Wii Sports! And since girls love Wii so much I probably have one at home.
3. Weird/Interesting stuff. I hope you're interesting. I mean I'm at your place, right? You always outshine your place. Filthy or clean, I came to see you, your awesome. Don't worry about it. :)
4. I'd be a little weirded out if I went in someone's place and there were absolutely no pictures. Creeeeeeepy.
5. Dogs. They're fine but what if your gal or pal is a cat person? I've owned mice, a cat, and a bird. Not every girl's a dog lover.

LMFAO thats quality!! I'd quite happily play SF5 or COD4. I feel vaguely offended. Plus I'd choose a decent PC rig over Wii any day. My bf plays Wii games on his rig. Plus I don't want any of those things cause like I'm not shallow enough to judge someone on their surroundings. The person counts not 'what their home says about them'

I think it is unanimously agreed that a man with a dog = golden. If nothing else, just have a cute, friendly dog.
Emphasis on those two.
1: women love cuddly things.
2: most women love animals.
3: women love CUTE things. if they say "aww" in a high pitched tone.. You're pretty much in. Unless the dog bites her or barks at her all the time....
4: Dog MUST be friendly, and potty trained. >.> Too many accidents happen when they aren't friendly or house trained.
It's pretty unfortunate. hahaha
To add to this... I'd say if a guy has cool gadgets (that he wouldn't mind having a girl touch, pick up, and examine) then he's pretty golden, too.
Bright colored walls, furniture, or posters are always a distraction from a cruddy apartment.
