Yes, to spite my girlfriend at the time for not telling me her trip out of state had been canceled and that she would be around on our anniversary.

It's a rare occurance, but yes. I am really grumpy when I wake up, not to mention completely out of it. You can wake me up and hold entire conversations with me and I won't remember them.

Pfft, I' m a girl & I don't turn down sex. My boyfriend has, though. If he has work to do, or there isn't enough time before we have other obligations for us to do so, then we won't. I'm usually the one who's like, "Pleaaase, we can make it quick!" But noooo. Doesn't work on him.
I usually don't turn it down, but when I do, it's because I'm very sick, or too drunk. My bf turns it down more though, sometimes he won't want to because of being in a grumpy mood. We're LDR though so it doesn't happen too often.

Yes. My reasons weren't because the chick was hot or ugly.
My reason: Personal paranoia. Yes, it seems like a wussy thing to say; but I just have this belief that there is no such thing as free sex from somebody that isn't your lover. If I'm getting offered free sex from somebody, I will end up paying for it in one way or another.

Yes. I'd begun by being interested in her when we first met (about an hour earlier), and my interest had increased significantly. However, I prefer to become better acquainted before getting into the Horizontal Mambo, so I was looking forward to seeing her another time or two before addressing that whole "next level" thing. Before another hour had passed she asked "so, do you want to go somewhere and f*ck, or what?".
While I was in my 20s, the answer would have been "what? we ain't left yet?", but then there seem to have been far fewer reasons for circumspection and caution back then. To be brief, she was a little too forward for me.

i have turned down sex. i turned down 3 or 4 girls. reason being, i was still a virgin and didnt want my firs time to be with someone i met 6 minutes before hand. i eventually lost it to my best friend, and to this day she nor i regret that move.

Yes. I used to book shows at bars and there were drunk girls, you know how it goes. I always said no to them, because it would be wrong to take advantage of a girl just because she was inebriated.
