Ah Those Awkward Moments, Gotta Love'em
Everyone at some point or another has come across someone they knew from elementary or junior high, and you just don't know what to say to them.
Well here's a scenario of what usually happens from greatergoodcomedy.com:

Wow. People actually do this.
Hmm. Maybe I'll understand what it's like when I get old and have things to reminisce about.
Ahahaha.
Just with my ex's. I can't wait until I have those kind of moments with my high school friends :]
God I hate running into one ex in particular. Soooo ridiculously awkward.
I've stared in blank horror trying to remember someone's name and felt like a total loser when it didn't come.
lol I was walking down the street and this guy coming in my direction was giving me the weirdest look. He kept staring at me and it made me feel really awkward. I thought he was a stranger giving me an icy glare for some reason, so I shot him the meanest look I could and kept walking.
Then 5 minutes later I realized it was an old friend I hadn't seen in 3 years. Oops.
I do that once in a while.
I see someone from high school walking around and we're all like "Hey whats up?" but we cant think of anything to talk about that isn't cliche (in our books) like how "so and so was such a horrible/funny teacher."
then we walk off feeling like anti-social failures.
I always go for the 'look in my bag' when I pass them so they don't feel the need to say hi.
that is TOOOOO funny. yes of course. everyone has those moments.. usually we just don't show it as bad....
An awkward moment for me is when I say something to get the conversation going and the person just looks at me.
Or when I'm at the store and the sales associate asks me if I need help and I politely declione but they're still there.
It's like why are you standing there?
lol. im not sure what happened there at the end with the faces, but okay.
Whenever I go back to the small town (3000 people!) I went to elementary school in, I run into someone I used to know. It's a little sad, but I usually act like I don't remember their names so I don't look like some huge loser who has remembered them for such a long time. l0l.
And I hate when people ask what I've been up to! What do I say that doesn't sound like bragging?
Well, that was fucking retarded.
"I got my period."
lmao
@thinkin_up_dreams@xanga - hahaha.............so true
