Do You Acknowledge A Man When He Looks Good?

This is a question for the guys, but ladies feel free to answer. If you see a man wearing a nice outfit, do you acknowledge that he looks good? If not, why?

At a glance, I thought the man in the picture was Ryan Seacrest.
I don't generally go around complimenting random people, but if I'm friends with a guy that cleaned up for an occasion, I'd probably point it out and give him props.
Can't go wrong with a pick-me-up now and then.
If I'm friends with him and he happens to be dressed nicer than usual, like for a date, I'll say something like "man, you're looking sharp". It's a good confidence booster.
yeah I usually tell them if they are looking very hot.. most guys look good in a suit, but they dont always have the chance to wear one which is a shame.

My answer is: Sure...though usually I'm left between mainstream's opinion of "lookin' good" versus my own opinions, which is a little weird I guess, but I'll usually kid with a guy about it "your Momma must blink alot, just to make sure she's seeing her lovely son correctly!". I'll compliment them alot if I like them or admire them.

Almost always, even if it is complementing a part of their outfit, anyone likes to hear they look good, and when they do, why not tell them?
If a guy takes the time to put himself together and look that good, yes, he deserves at least a small confidence booster. It will encourage him to do it again in the future.
If probably won't acknowledge whether a guy looks good or not, but if
by "good" you mean "wearing a suit or a tux" then yes i acknowledge
that. i usually proceed to make fun of him...unless of course, we're
all wearing tuxedos, then i pretend i'm James Bond and my friends are working with me in some covert military operation. =D

I do normally, now. But I was more reserved with my compliments when I went on dates with guys I hardly know, just because I dislike guys who get all smug over compliments and I didn't want to give off the wrong signals.
I do. I don't normally notice when someone doesn't but for some reason when men dress nicely they have an extra smile or bounce they convey. It makes you notice them more. Then I make sure to say something. ~D~

I've complimented a random stranger before, but just once. He was looking all kinds of sharp. Like, omg, he just looked like heaven in a suit! Not a hair out of place... just all kinds of yummy.
