  • Chris Jericho Clocks A Female Fan

Following a WWE event in Canada on February 7th, wrestler/metal singer Chris Jericho exited the arena and attempted to get into his car.

When a male fan got rowdy, Jericho asked security to make him leave. The man's girlfriend then went up to Jericho and spat on him.

The professional wrestler proceeded to respond with a not-at-all-faked right jab to her chin.

Funny how he pushes all the security around.

Should Jericho be punished for this? Or was the girl out of line for spitting on him?

Wow... it takes a man to punch someone else's girl and knock her down. Damn, he put a lot of weight behind that punch!

I don't know. He probably took it too far, but the guy and this bitch of a girlfriend were really pushing it themselves.

  • Lordv16@xanga

Maybe, but I'd be lying if I said I didn't love seeing rowdy people getting theirs.

I absolutely hate when people will get in someone else's face, jeer or spit, and then get completely upset when "Oh my gawd he hit me! Ohhh why!"

  • eyesochinky@xanga

i think he should be punished... cause he's fugly.  haha but then i guess that's because im biased.

  • Roadlesstaken@xanga

While I don't condone hitting a woman, those fans were way too harsh and rowdy.  I could totally see how Chris Jericho, or anyone really, would explode like that.  Those security guards really should have done a better job at protecting him from those "fans".

if enyone spit on me i wud fukin tare ther ass apart no lie spitting on people without consent iz unakseptible wether male or female

  • featherywings@xanga

Why would they run to him for an autograph/picture but then spit and call him names just because he's in a hurry to leave? Stupid.

  • misswonderj@xanga

    lmaos hilarious
that's what the bitch gets >:]

Jericho's a douche bag. Whether it's an act or not, why the fuck would you talk shit about the people who made you what you are? He'd be nothing if it weren't for WWE & their fans, and every Monday night he wants to come out and talk shit, calling everyone "hypocrites" and saying they disgust him. Act or not, that's a fucked up thing to do. The girl shouldn't have spat at him, in that situation I would have punched a bitch too, but not nearly as hard as he did.

  • Alive_in_Vegas@xanga

I see spitting as a first strike in light of all the diseases out there. Her action was no different than taking a swing at him. Should he be punished......NO.

    Should she.......YES.

  • laytexduckie@xanga

The girl is at fault. No special treatment if you are well aware of spatting at someone (it can be viewed as a form of assault, like a flick). That girl had it coming.

  • mustardcat@xanga

I can't see the video! :( When i press play, the screen goes black.

Its her fault for being a rowdy biatch in the first place. Her boyfriend was being stupid, he got called out &then she proceeded to show how stupid the two of them could be together.
    Awww. How sweet.

  • Lesabre500@xanga

No guy should lose it and strike a woman. Period. He's a trained professional, gets paid to put up with all kinds of shit even worse than this. He fuckin' lost it and everyone knows it. One of the first things you have to learn about fighting is discipline and, he showed no restraint here, --  whether someone assaulted him or not.  If I'd have been there, I'd have dropped him. He deserves a good kick in the nuts and to be suspended from wrestling. If he's that nuts, maybe he's lost it on steroids or has bigger psychological problems.  Like I said, these guys take poundings all the time and he lost it - on a woman.  One only needs to remember the tragedy that occurred a short time ago to Chris Benoit and his family.

This act is totally out of character for any professional wrestler and I hope he gets the help he needs before things get worse.

They're all acting like a bunch of idiots.

  • RacheleHatesYou@xanga

While I do not think that hitting a woman is alright, I can admit that I laughed at this. The girl toward the end that says "He hit a girl" really made me laugh. It was just the way she said it. Wow.

She shouldn't have spit on him, and he shouldn't have hit her. It should have never escalated to that level.

  • triplesev@xanga

She totally provoked him, but at the same time, those security guards should have put up a better perimeter around him.

  • Frustrador@xanga

One should never, ever hit a girl, even one who really deserves it.

  • xKPxGaMjAx@xanga

@MCRUsedfreak87@xanga - soo you think jerichos dumb lol soo i  spit on you im pretty smart lol

As an actor, Jericho should already he may be hated because of his persona and should be one to endure hateful remarks or the occasional loogie ball. But who knows? Maybe his  mom died that day and he just couldn't put up with shet.

Some times the wrestling fans can get a little too into the program. Jericho probably has been recieving a lot of heat from fans who take it a little too seriously, due to the fact that he plays a heel(bad guy). The lady shouldn't have spit on him, her boyfriend shouldn't have been talking mess, and Jericho shouldn't have hit her. But, what can you say? This probably isn't the first time something like this happend with a wrestler, it just so happend to be on tape.

  • jfmichael@xanga

She got what she deserved..Women all around the world scream about equality... Then they do shit like this and try to hide behind the 'female' card. She spit on him. That is disgusting. Who knows what she is carrying disease wise.

Maybe he should of just palmed her face and tossed her back a few feet. Lmao.. He did put a lot of weight behind the punch. But hey... If you want equality women.... Take it like a man if youare going to dish it out like one.

  • jfmichael@xanga

@IllTroubadour@xanga - I am responding to your remark about fans getting too into it. You are very correct...It is acting... You are fucked up in the head if you take what happens on the wrestling programs to heart. If you are one of those people.. Jump off a cliff.

  • jfmichael@xanga

If you watch it closer..You can see her actually shove him before she spits on him. He stood there and took the shove.. She then continued to scream and yell... And he took it like a man. After a moment he turns to leave... Doing the right thing..As he sits down she charges him and spits on him.  So he punched her like a man.

Case closed. She physically assaulted him. Then charged his vehicle and spat on him. He had every right to defend himself. For all he knows she could of been trying to get inside his vehicle...There are many arguments here but they are all in his favor. He will not be fined nor will he be charged with anything. He will however have full capabilities of pressing charges against her if he so chooses.

This is not a male or female issue. this is an issue of the law and a persons right to defend themselves.

  • soopaflyyguh@xanga

@jfmichael@xanga - But hey... If you want equality women.... Take it like a man if youare going to dish it out like one.

    hahah I actually agree.

It was disrespectful what she did- downright disgusting!! She absolutely deserved it.
