We live in a world of all kinds of discrimination. Today, I will be talking about the age discrimination, particularly against men.
It's no secret that women lie about how old they are to make themselves more appealing.
The same principle should apply for men. Whereas women are trying to cut down their number, men are trying to stack theirs up.
I would be at a bar chatting with a chick, and everything is clicking, that is, until she brings up the vaunted question: "So, how old are you?"
Whenever I told them my actual age, they would pretty much laugh in my face and say something like, "Oh, you're just a baby! Sorry, but I really can't date guys younger than me..."
That response doesn't even make any sense. I mean, if we were doing just fine before I brought up my age, why does it matter now? This was a very disturbing trend, until I figured out that men can lie about their age too!
The trick about lying about your age is to first carnival guess her's and just one-up it. If she is clearly younger than you, then there is no need to lie.
However, if she is considerably older and there's no way you can realistically pass for that age, then just stack 3 years to your age and throw the Hail Mary.
This is very similar to the "Rule of 3." "The Rule of 3" dictates that whenever a woman tells you how many guys she's been with, you
multiply that number by 3 to get a more accurate figure.
Whenever a guy tells you how many girls he's been with, you
divide that number by 3. This works to the advantage of Asian girls because they can easily subtract 5 years off because of their genetics.
Asian males, however, are cursed because our range of lying is reduced for the same reason. Hell, some girls probably wouldn't believe you even if you told them your real age!
Once I began using this method, I saw drastic rates of success. Although you are lying, let's be realistic, lying is essential in life. Besides, it's a harmless lie. Think about it. You can either tell the girl how old you really are and get shot down instantly, or you can fudge the numbers and have at least a prayer.
Of course I'm going to lie!
Why are women discriminating against younger men? Ever been shot down because you were younger than the person talking to you?

I think that was the failure of my online dating career. Girls won't give me the time of day, when in reality, several people have commented on my Xanga that "I am older" than my years. I also had a similar reaction to a girl at a club as well. I haven't decided to lie about my age, yet, I've just decided to shoot for younger girls... but I feel weird trying to prowl college campuses... O.o
hmmm well i know its not ALL men. But in my experiences (hehe and yes i know im still young.. so this might have a lot to do with it) But guys my age are all about finding the next flavor of the week and very few want to get serious - which is fine most of the time. Plus more often than not, older men are more reliable and are USUALLY mature enough not to lie about the important stuff. (btw age is not one of them) So i just look at it like.. why would i go for a younger guy who still needs to party and fuck 5 different girls a week when i can have an older more mature and responsible guy who can fuck me 5 nights a week?
Some people treat online dating less as looking for a good mate and more about getting the "best of the best" that they can obtain. So they'll lie or do anything to get the date.
Even when you notice the guy is trying to get sex with you ASAP, it might be him looking for a notch on his belt, or to get you emotionally attached. Had some tell me in life that the sooner you "seal the deal", she'll become attached to you and won't easily dump you for someone else.
Same deal if the age lie is discovered...or an income lie. He/she is hoping if a relationship is established then you won't be so quick to end it even if the lie is discovered. Plus if someone dumps another because they lied about their income, they can cry "gold digger".
I agree it's not good to lie, but dating now has become such a search to fulfill the "checklist" that people are willing now to do whatever to get what they want.
Women now actually go for younger guys.

Who is posting this? Seriously? Women will not date men younger than them for a reason: immaturity. Women are more mature than men of the same age, it has been proven over and over again by many of my friends, nevermind myself.
You were doing fine before you brought up your age? Your age, as your life experience and maturity level, give us a depth as to what you're like behind closed doors. THAT's what matters - not whether or not we'll go on a date with you and put out.
I have PERSONALLY dated guys younger than me, and their maturity level was appauling. You just can't relate. You can't even put up with their priorities. That's why you can date someone older .. they are more appealing because they have got their years out of the way and they've got their shit together.
I don't ever lie about my age, and I prefer guys younger than me.
You may not like this comment but whenever people begin generalizations with "men" or "women" it tends to indicate a blinded view. Women or men are so fantastically varied, come from such different cultures and subcultures that these sorts of sweeping statements mean that the writer presumes that the specific sort of men or women they know, from their particular subculture represent half the entire species. Men and women statements indicate a lazy point of view. You need to see that we live in a world of individuals, but if you prefer to live in a world of generic boyfriends and girlfriends from a very particular subculture than you can continue to make these men and women statements.
Lie as to being older? or younger?
i don't like being lied to. so if i find out, peace the fuck out.
wow, I had that happen to me. The problem with that, is that I see guys younger than me, as a borther type, my bro is a year younger...so I feel awkward dating someone in that ageg group. Maybe when Im older Id feel different.
when I'm older I will totally lie about my age
Don't lie to me, baby.
I'm 17. HAHA ..Freaks everyone out.
ummm...
men don't lie about their age because we don't have to.
aaaand, haven't you heard?
dating/seducing/fucking an older woman is all the rage these days.
i've never heard the rule of 3 before... i always thought it was divide the number of partners they had by 2, and add that to what they told you. so lets say someone said 4, its actualy 6.
i think women discriminate against younger men because it's "traditional" for men to be older than female.
i think by lying your age and praying for a chance will only get her pissed off later.
I don't lie about my age. I'm 35 and I can kick and stretch and kick (Molly Shannon SNL reference for the SNL challenged).
Well since I'm a man I've never had this problem... In fact I am married to a younger man... Months count... right?
It's hard when you're an asian chick who might look younger than she really is. I've been approached by guys 6-7 years younger than me, and it just makes things awkward. I guess I can't see myself dating someone who's the same age as my younger sibling.
How about "Women shouldn't lie about their age"?
Lying about age is something for teenagers to do in order to get into a nightclub. When dating or even talking to someone, why lie? It's dumb. If you're interested in being their friend or dating them, they should know the truth anyway. They'll either accept you for it or reject you...and if they reject you, that's a sign that you need to move on to someone else.
Hmmm... not going to lie... I've been shooting down guys younger than me since high-school.. Not that that was alll that long ago. but still.
I think at my age it's justified to not date younger guys. Heck, at 21/22 y/o I won't even date guys my own age or 1 to 2 years older. I usually look for 5 years or more. Maturity is a key issue for me. Too many university guys are appaulingly stupid... and the ones that aren't are either going to be in school for the next 5 years or more, or are already taken. *shrug*
For me... same goes for having a guy that's taller than me... I <3 over 183cm tall guys... Kinda sux for me since I'm 171cm and I'll be moving to Taiwan then Korea... but I'm not moving there specifically to date anyone. So it's all good. *^o^*
Well I would never date a guy a younger than me at this point in my life but when you're older I don't think its really that big of a deal...
Yesss like everyday I'm discriminated against because of my age! I'm the youngest person at my high school(I'm thirteen) and most of my girl and guy friends are 14-16. I try and just ignore the age subject since most people think I'm older anyways(don't know why..lol) or occasionally I'll lie and add a few years(; hahaMy opinion is that whoever is older or younger shouldn't matter all that much. It's true that guys that are under 25 generally have not fully matured yet, thus why some rental car companies only rent to those who are 25 and older. However, I'd like to make note that I've known plenty of girls who are my age and they are as mature as middle schoolers. I think our maturity as individuals is based upon our experiences and our interactions. Problem there is that if a bunch of immature guys happen to be friend with eachother, they don't grow at all. Heck, my girlfriend is a year older than me, graduated from a university already, and here I am with 8 more years worth of school while still working on transfering into a university due to only recently figuring out that I want to go into law. Difference between me and most other guys is that I'm one of those who actually wants to keep a single female at my side for the rest of my life, and their looks hardly matter to me. Looks may last for a while, but they go away after slowly after some 20-40 years. More importantly, whether or not I can last the rest of my life with that person is what I try to figure out. Who knows, maybe I'm just old fashioned because I don't like clubbing and noisy places. My life consists of school, work, video games, anime, and hanging out with friends. Recently it has been more school and work while the other 3 have been sacrificed a little bit to spend with my girlfriend.
boy it's hard work to keep your real age straight! hahah-- a funny posting! Me, I would rather just say the truth-- but then, look at me-- I write under a pen name anyway-- so I am lying, correct? Shelby Stone.....Cherry Picking Timeby A1adultEbooks.com -and--The Geldingby MysticMoonPress.com
Because younger men are inexperienced, immature, and only care about video games. Most girls prefer an older guy because they're more of a 'finished product' (as my female friend had told me)
"...then just stack 3 years to your age and throw the Hail Mary."
LOL, brilliant!
I think, because there's this theory that women mature faster than men do, so .. yeah.
