Gigantic Wiimote Birthday Cake, I Want One!!
For my last birthday my family bought me a snowman ice cream cake (it was in December), but after seeing the Wiimote cake on another blog, Gizmodo, I want that for my next birthday! Check it out:
According to Gizmodo, the cost of the cake is $360. That is one good looking cake. Mmmm

One of my friends just got married; their wedding cake was this AWESOME fondant-covered tower totally dedicated to Mario Bros. Instead of the traditional bride & groom cake-topper, it was Princess Peach and Mario. Up the sides of the cake were things like the question-mark box, Bowser, warp tunnels...you get the idea.
If I had $360 for a cake, I'd go with something from Guitar Hero...it's my current love. Or, just a giant Mario Bros. 1-UP mushroom.

If I paid $360 for a cake I think I'd want it to either be Sailor Moon or Daria themed...Or Daria dressed as Sailor Moon, Tom as Tuxedo Mask, Quinn as Rini... Jane as some sort of Sailor Scout, the Fashion club as the Negaverse...You get te picture.

Actually, I'd probably want one shaped like a Nintendo DS...or maybe The Blue Badger from Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney.
Does it taste good?
They make all those great cakes, like piano cakes and stuff like that. But I always wonder if they taste like crap.
That cake is cool looking but too much icing for me. : P It'd be cool if I got a cake based off something in the Harry Potter series.
I've heard fondant doesn't taste that great which is what the wiimote seems to be decorated with. I'm planning to bake a piano cake next week for my BF's b-day anyways.
BUT if I could buy a cake like that for myself I'd want the good ol' Super Nintendo with a Tetris Attack game cartridge in it!!!! So much love and memories <33

I think it would be interesting to see if someone could make a cake shaped like the drums from Guitar Hero/Rock Band! It would have to stand up so that might make it tricky!!!
